Businesses have systems for managing employees, but most still bundle career support (reviews/assessments) in with their HR function which is the wrong place for it.
Career support is more effective when it sits outside HR because employees are more likely to trust and engage with a system that serves their interests rather than one they view as part of the organisation's internal management function.
Signals delivers this through the Career Infrastructure.
The Career Infrastructure provides every employee with a portable account that stays with them throughout their career.
Because it belongs to the employee rather than the employer, it gives the employee a reason to care more about the records it contains.
Employers get a more engaged workforce. When people know their contributions are recognised and that those achievements stay with them, they invest more in their work and their team.
Employees gain control over their work history, a verified, portable record of performance, achievements and skills that moves with them should they decide to leave.
Join thousands of employers future-proofing their workforce by adopting the Career Infrastructure and giving employees a career record they can own and take with them.
